The dark web is a web community or more popularly regarded, an enitrely different digital planet, that can only be reached by a particular browser. They are filled with illicit graphic content, the sort that might prosecute you if viewed on other social engines (where monitoring is a priority). Drugs, illicit weapons and numerous diabolical schemes are only a handful of some of the things that you may encounter on the dark web.
But it's really not just limited to that. There are also parts where people can connect completely safely with each other. However, people who can't talk openly in their own countries usually disappear and express their minds on the dark web.
